The Mahee sit on top tandem kayak is a fantastic versatile and robust multi-seater boat. It is designed to be used as a tandem kayak with the lighter paddler sitting in the front. Due to its flexible seating design it can also be paddled solo by sitting in the rear position or used as a family 3 seater with room for a child (or dog!) in the centre position. This method is great for larger or taller paddlers.
Suitable for exploring on small ocean swells or waves, lakes, estuaries and slow moving rivers.

The Fatyak Mahee kayak comes generously kitted as standard with 2 dry storage hatches, quality deck loops, drain plug, 2 paddle parks, staggered foot wells, 2 mini storage trays and bungy covered rear storage section.
It has a capacity of 200kg, making is great for larger kayakers, or for those wishing to carry a lot of kit or equipment!
If the paddler happen to capsize, they can easily hold onto the boat for safety and climb back in.
Rotation moulding creates all of our kayaks including the Mahee, producing light, strong and long-lasting products. We take our quality control very seriously at Fatyak. In the unlikely event of a problem with your kayak we will always strive to attend to it immediately.

Spot on, this boat could hold 3 men and a child, i tried on a lake lol also going down river the mahee over took kaafus as its more streamline, this is a really good boat the best 2 man kayak ive ever used and at a great price ☺️ Happy happy

We bought one of these after trying them out whilst on holiday in North Devon, and haven’t looked back! This is something we can all do together as a family, great quality time in the water. We manage to get both adults and our 4 year old on one, all together so only need to store one kayak in the garage. Water proof storage hatches are a must, ideal for mobile, keys and stuff. Great that these are made in the UK. Would recommend!

Being a larger paddler, I struggled to find a sit on top kayak that would accomodate me. The Mahee is great, I can take the daughter for a paddle or have a go on my own with ease. Found the sit on trolley we also bought useful for transporting down to the beach as 30kgs is quite a lot to lug around on your own. Would recommend 🙂

I bought the Mahee 2 years ago and have loved its versatility. I’ve paddled solo, and tandem and ridden into beach on whopping surf on remote beach and scuba dived off it in sheltered bays. I’ve also fished from it. Cracking kit!

Few things you buy these days provide quite as much fun/can be adapted as required.
The mounded handles front, side and rear have also allowed me to make anchor trolleys out of marine rope/cord with stainless release clips rather than drilling into body and attaching fixings (front trolley right side to front, rear trolley left side to rear). Tried off Cornwall last summer and anchored into swell to fish and then easy to pull back to seated position for recovery without leaving seat.
Finally, left boat hull down on a camping step for 3 months and totally deformed hull (horror!), then put in conservatory for 24hrs (it got up to 38deg C) and totally reformed original shape (magic!).

We love this kayak. It is solid and robust enough for the sea without feeling like you’re going to fall out when it gets choppy. We bought the trolley which is a real bonus and also the roller bar to get the kayak onto our car roof bars is so much easier than lifting the kayak on. We have had hours of fun out of it. Love the fact that it’s made in the UK too.

I love my Mahee! It’s rock solid. Immensely stable even in the surf and roomy enough for three. It lives outside year round and hasn’t faded a bit. I’m a total fatyak convert now. I want one of their SUP’s next!
