Why choose the Kaafu fishing specific kayak?

Unlike our regular models, this fishing specific kayak is packed full of features for the keen angler.

All Fatyak kayaks are a one piece rotationally moulded kayak and therefore have no seams and no joints. Manufactured to the highest quality in the UK using high density UV stabilised polyethylene. We take our quality control very seriously at Fatyak so in the unlikely event of a problem with your kayak we will always strive to attend to it immediately.

A sit on top kayak is a great choice, especially with novice paddlers and fishermen. It is slightly wider than some other sit on top kayaks too, making it more comfortable for the majority of paddlers as it is not so restrictive.

Manufacture

The Fatyak kayak is a one piece rotationally moulded kayak, no seams no joints and is manufactured using high grade high density UV stabilised polyethylene. It has moulded in padeye fixings giving unsurpassed leak protection. All Fatyak kayaks are manufactured in accordance to BS7852 in Somerset England.

Warranty

Kingspan Environmental Ltd warrants to the original owner of the Fatyak Kayak that any part of the boat that is defective in material of workmanship will be repaired without charge at Slade Way, Roughmoor Industrial Estate, Wiliton, Somerset, TA4 4TB.

This warranty shall apply for a period of 1 year on the deck, hull and parts from the date of retail sale. Any warranties from suppliers of parts supersede the Kingspan Environmental warranty.

This warranty covers use under the normal conditions and does not cover damage caused by accident, alterations or misuse.

Freight to and from the manufacturing plant is at the owner’s expense. The serial number is located on the moulded-in safety transfer.

In the event of a warranty claim we can trace back through our manufacturing process with the unique serial number.

    I’ve had it for a few years and it’s a fantastic kayak. Great quality and I’ve got a ream of fish on it. I went for the sports seat, never used the anchor as I tend to go out to deep water and I’d need to lengthen the rope. Great service, would highly recommended!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated on an item by item basis and are dependant on your shipping location. To calculate your shipping costs, simply add the products you wish to purchase to the cart and enter your postcode. We ship to mainland UK and Scotland. If you live further afield, we can ship to a UK relay point of your choosing at our standard shipping rate, for you to arrange onwards shipping.

Returns

Goods, other than faulty goods, may be returned within 14 working days of the day after the date of receipt by you of the goods. The cost of the return delivery charge under these circumstances is to be paid directly by the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Kayak Delivery & Tracking

Our kayaks are dispatched direct from our factory. Once your boat has been dispatched you will receive a notification from our courier with specific details of your delivery.

Hönö bodyboard Delivery & Tracking

Our Hönö bodyboards are dispatched direct from our factory. Please allow 5-10 working days for your Hönö bodyboard to arrive.

Avoid Re-delivery Costs

If you are not there to receive your goods at the allocated time, we may have to pass on a re-delivery charge from the delivery company. To avoid this happening, please carefully check the date of delivery that we will send out, and if there are dates that you do NOT want us to deliver on, please note this when you order.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

For damaged, defective, incorrectly sent, incorrectly advertised items, please contact us immediately and we will advise you on where to return the item. Do not sign for (and therefore accept delivery of) any item before you have checked it. You will not be offered a refund or replacement unless you have checked the item and not signed for it. If you find that the item has been damaged, do not sign for it, do not accept delivery and contact us immediately.
