Rotational moulding involves using a heated, hollow mould that is filled with coloured plastic powder. As the mould slowly rotates, the softened plastic evenly disperses and adheres to its interior walls. The rotation continues during both the heating and cooling phases to ensure uniform wall thickness, prevent sagging, and avoid deformation.
