A Rigorous 4-Stage Quality Assurance Process
To ensure every product meets our uncompromising quality standards, we implement a comprehensive 4-stage quality check system:
- Inspection for Moulding Defects: A thorough review during the initial stages of production.
- Visual Examination: Conducted by the shift leader to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Bagging and Storage Inspection: Products are examined before being prepared for dispatch.
- Final Dispatch Examination: A final check ensures the kayak is in perfect condition before it reaches you.
Each Fatyak product is evaluated against three key criteria:
