At Fatyak, we believe getting your new kayak or accessories should be as simple as possible. That's why we offer FREE UK Mainland delivery on all orders, with no hidden charges.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product you order.

  • In-stock accessories: Typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Kayaks and larger products: Usually dispatched within 3–10 working days.
  • Made-to-order or custom products: Delivery times will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Our free delivery applies to UK Mainland addresses.

If you're located in:

  • Scottish Highlands
  • Scottish Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands
  • Any offshore UK location

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your parcel appears damaged, we recommend:

  • Checking the contents before signing where possible.
  • Taking photographs of any damaged packaging or products.
  • Contacting us as soon as possible if there are any issues.

To help us investigate with our courier, we ask that any transit damage or missing items are reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the goods, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place.
  • Attempt redelivery.
  • Leave instructions for collection.

Additional delivery charges may apply if goods are returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect delivery information.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you've changed your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Complete with any accessories supplied
  • Returned in suitable protective packaging

Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the fault or damage

Where appropriate, we will arrange one of the following:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product repair
  • Product replacement
  • Full or partial refund

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges (where applicable) will only be refunded where required by law or if the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot usually be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised products.
  • Products that have been used, modified or damaged after delivery.
  • Items not returned in a resaleable condition.
