We ask that returns are made promptly and that the products are kept in new condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please ensure items are securely packaged and include the original invoice along with a returns authorisation number, which you can obtain by contacting us here.

Q: Are there items that cannot be returned?

A: Yes, the following items are excluded from the right to cancel and cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to specification or personalised.
  • Goods that are damaged due to wear and tear.
  • Goods that are deteriorated.
  • Expired gift vouchers.


Q: What happens if I return an item after 14 days?

A: Returns after the 14-day period may be accepted at our discretion, but a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
