If you live further afield, we can ship to a UK relay point of your choosing at our standard shipping rate, for you to arrange onwards shipping.
ReturnsGoods, other than faulty goods, may be returned within 14 working days of the day after the date of receipt by you of the goods. The cost of the return delivery charge under these circumstances is to be paid directly by the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Kayak Delivery & TrackingOur kayaks are dispatched direct from our factory in North Wales. Once your boat has been dispatched you will receive a text message notification from our courier with specific details of your delivery.
Hönö bodyboard Delivery & TrackingOur Hönö bodyboards are dispatched direct from our factory in Somerset. Please allow 7 working days for your Hönö bodyboard to arrive.
Avoid Re-delivery CostsIf you are not there to receive your goods at the allocated time, we may have to pass on a re-delivery charge from the delivery company. To avoid this happening, please carefully check the date of delivery that we will send out, and if there are dates that you do NOT want us to deliver on, please note this when you order.
Incorrect or Damaged ItemsFor damaged, defective, incorrectly sent, incorrectly advertised items, please contact us immediately and we will advise you on where to return the item. Do not sign for (and therefore accept delivery of) any item before you have checked it. You will not be offered a refund or replacement unless you have checked the item and not signed for it. purchased one of the mahee adventure s to allow my son and myself to venture out in to the Bristol channel for a spot of fishing. we have had two successful trips in the channel and have also been out a number of times as a family paddling around for fun. I can honestly say I was shocked how stable these kayaks are on the water, my first outing was in very lumpy conditions but I never felt unsafe as the kayak took everything thrown at it from the elements. They are very comfortable and after 3-4 hours anchored in the bay that level of comfort did not change, I am that impressed with the fatyak brand I am already planning to get a 2nd kayak in the form of the kaffu to allow my wife to venture out with me and our children exploring the bays and coves around our coastline. I would highly recommend anyone to the fatyak range. great products that are produced locally and at amazing prices. very friendly staff who will go out of there way to help with your kayaking needs.

I’d been considering buying a FatYak for a couple of years and finally decided to get one at the start of 2016 summer, and I’m very glad I did! Being out on the water in the tandem yak is really fun, whether for fishing (I’ve attached a fish finder, rod holders, etc), or just for a bit of a paddle.
I was briefly considering a Chinese alternative, but glad I went with FatYak instead…the build/material quality on the yak is great, and the staff were friendly and helpful when I had some questions. Here she is fully equipped on a fishing trip! https://i.imgur.com/sLJpjC2.jpg
